·SYDNEY — A special lecture titled “The Value of Freedom and the Power of Alliance” will be held in Sydney to mark the 72nd anniversary of the Korea-U.S. alliance and the 64th anniversary of diplomatic ties between South Korea and Australia.
The event, hosted by the International Federation for Freedom and Sovereignty (Australia Chapter) and Save Korea Australia, will feature Mr. Han-gil Jeon, a renowned South Korean lecturer often described as the “Korean Charlie Kirk” and a prominent mentor for younger generations.
The first lecture will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Strathfield Russian Club (5–7 Albert Rd, Strathfield). The second session will be held the following day, Sunday, October 19, at the Galilee Church in Campsie (36 Evaline St), beginning with the Sunday service at 11 a.m. and continuing at 2:30 p.m. under the theme “Globalism vs. Christian Principles.”

During his visit, Mr. Jeon is also scheduled to travel to Melbourne and New Zealand, engaging local communities on topics related to freedom, faith, and the future of allied nations.

Organizers said the event aims to transcend political divisions and reaffirm the shared values of freedom among Korea and its allies. “It will be a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the foundations of freedom and to discuss the future of democratic nations working together,” the organizers noted.
The lecture is supported by Kyoungnam Patriots’ Association, Sydney Freedom Academy, World Korean Church Council, International Freedom Sovereignty Solidarity Australia Association, and the Australian Christian Freedom Network.
